1. Services Provided

Ziff Security LLC ("Ziff Security") provides managed digital accessibility services, including automated monitoring, expert remediation, and legal response support. Our services are intended to assist business owners in aligning with standards and maintaining compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.

2. Managed Service Limitations

While Ziff Security utilizes industry-leading technology and expert audits to significantly reduce digital barriers, accessibility compliance is an ongoing process. Ziff Security does not guarantee absolute immunity from legal claims. Our services are designed to provide a robust defense and minimize risk.

3. Fees and Subscriptions

  • Essential Shield & Premier Protection: Services are billed on an annual basis.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, access to the "Ziff Shield" and active remediations will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Tax Credit Eligibility

Ziff Security provides documentation to assist clients in claiming the IRS Section 44 Disabled Access Credit. However, Ziff Security does not provide tax or accounting advice. Clients should consult with a qualified CPA to confirm their specific eligibility for the credit.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ziff Security LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or any third-party software integrated into the client's website. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Washington County, Utah.

7. Privacy & Data Rights

We strive to comply with all applicable state-specific privacy laws. Residents of California (CCPA), Virginia (VCDPA), and other states with specific privacy regulations may have additional rights regarding their data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
